Welcome!

My name is Lindsey Lewis, and I help people improve their lives when they are feeling stuck, lost, hopeless, or defeated.  If you have low self-esteem, feel stressed or worried more than you want to, have trouble dealing with a life transition, or having problems in your relationships with others, you have found yourself in the right place.

You might have already spent weeks, months, or years trying to improve things for yourself but nothing is working.  So now you are looking for some outside support and guidance, and you need someone with whom you will feel safe from judgement, who can provide you with fresh perspectives, and who does not have any sort of bias.  You are probably seeing that there are a lot of us [therapists] out there, and it can be hard to know who is right for you and your specific needs.

It is my hope that you can find what you are looking for right here. No matter what your reasons are for pursuing therapy, I start on day one to help you navigate whatever challenges you are facing and reach a place of healthy empowerment and balance!

I work with adults and adolescents individually. At times, clients can benefit from having a specific person join a session (or more) when it is found to support their growth and goals. I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future.
